After taking my vehicle to several mechanics that would over-charge me for poor service and upsell me on parts and service, it is refreshing to find a repair shop that is honest and trustworthy! Shannon and his crew are very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. They gave me a list of what needed to be repaired, but also told me what needed immediate attention to get me back in the road. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired!

The nicest and most helpful experience I've ever had. The mechanic was extremely helpful. He was honest, compassionate, and went out of his way to find a fix that saved me a lot of trouble. Customer service 10/10 all around. You couldn't get better service if you climbed a cell tower.

I've come here multiple times over the past few years for oil changes and maintenance, and have been thoroughly impressed every time. Their prices are reasonable and the work they do is great, and I'm always blown away by how quickly they get my Jeep done each time. I've had awful experiences with the Jeep dealership service places around here, with them taking a week or more to do things that should take a day or two at most, and they have damaged my car on at least two occasions. The Car-Tech folks saw and fixed wiring that the Jeep service people put back incorrectly, and had it turned around in just a few hours despite having to pull out and reroute/replace nearly all the wiring under the hood. Suddenly the strange electrical issues I'd been having were fixed! The maintenance people at Car-Tech also always explain what they're doing and what they see, and are more than happy to take the time to show me on the car. This is the only place I trust to work on my Jeep.

My daughter is a student at UNO. She called with car trouble. We don't live in Omaha and I'm unfamiliar with businesses there. I googled a mechanic near UNO to have her car towed there. The customer service by the team at Car Tech surprised me. They went above and beyond to help me. The repair was VERY costly, and I thought they did all they could to make it affordable. I cannot thank them enough. AND they guaranteed their work for a year! What mechanics actually do THAT?? Need a mechanic? USE THEM!

Great service! They were able to take my car in same day and provide me with everything that needs to be done all at once. My engine overheated and they fixed everything so swiftly, I was able to pick my car up the following day. I recommend!

I read so many great reviews on Car-tech. I made an appointment . I was so impressed with their prompt service and honesty. Chad was great with follow up and took my concerns seriously. I will definitely be back. Can’t say enough great things about the is establishment.

Had to have an entire new engine put in after my car decided to die on me. Shannon was up front about everything as to cost and time needed for repair. It got done faster then expected and under what was quoted. I am thrilled. Highly recommend these guys!

I had an ongoing HVAC issue that no one else seemed willing or able to fix. The actuator in my car was broken, leaving the climate control stuck on A/C year-round. I hadn’t had heat on the driver side for almost two years. I took the car everywhere, the dealer and multiple local repair shops, and all I got was wasted time, wasted money, and excuses. Either they couldn’t service it or didn’t want to deal with it. Car-Tech Auto Repair was completely different. They were upfront and honest from the start, explained what to expect, and actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly. Not only did they find the problem, but they found a way to fix it, and now I finally have heat on both sides of the car and everything works exactly as it should. After two years of frustration, I can’t thank them enough. I really appreciate the straight-up honesty and professionalism. I’ll absolutely be back for future services and would highly recommend them for general auto care, especially if you’re dealing with HVAC or climate control issues that other shops don’t want to touch.

I received services here for the first time and wanted to take the time to say thank you for getting my car situation fixed in and out. I’ve been struggling for the longest time with my headlight always going on and off with no answers. I really appreciate the details and explanation of what was wrong with it after my car was inspected, which was far more than just the bulb. Prices and options were discussed and overall my car was able to be done the same day. I feel confident driving my car again without stressing about the issue and I trust I can come back here again for any future problems. Thank you again.

I had some work done on my vehicle at a different repair shop and immediately had issues after they also tried to push some pretty extreme (and expensive) unnecessary repairs. I was able to have my vehicle checked quickly, and they found that the previous repairs had not been completed correctly with sway vars not tightened and my air filter still unassembled under the hood. They were polite, fair on the price, respectful of my time, and quickly found my known and unknown issues and solved them. Overall, I am very happy with the service. Note though, if you do not have a ride, they do not have a shuttle service or use a rideshare program like some dealerships. It is a nice service to have given how small the wait area is, but Panera is only a few minutes down the road.
